Bear Beauty is a home based salon, located on Grange Farm/Kesgrave, just outside of Ipswich. Postcode- IP5 2GG

There is ample free street parking directly outside the house. This is the end of a cul-de-sac, so parking is never an issue. 

As a general rule, appointments are expected to only be attended by the client. This is due to there being limited space, and to give you the best experience with my full attention. Strictly NO children are allowed to attend your appointment with you due to insurance. I work with chemicals and breakables.

Currently I’m accepting both cash & bank transfer payments. If you wish to pay via bank transfer, your payment will need to be made before the end of your appointment. 

Cancelling your appointment can be necessary, I do understand things happen and children get poorly. 

Please give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel.

If you repeatedly cancel at short notice I will request you pay a booking fee to secure your next appointment. This will be deducted from your appointment charge on the day.

No shows will be expected to pay their full missed appointment fee before being able to rebook.
